Here’s how you can support Shnuggle’s Care To Share campaign, a weeklong maternal mental health campaign to encourage, motivate and uplift one another #WeCareToShare.

Shnuggle have launched a Care to Share maternal mental health campaign across their digital channels to encourage, motivate and uplift one another as we all socially distance and stay at home.

It can be a difficult time, especially for expectant and new mums (and dads), experiencing those big milestones, changes, and uncertainties as we all feel a little disconnected from our support network of family and friends.

Care To Share is a week long campaign taking place on 11th – 17th May and aims to reach out and encourage everyone to share words of advice, support and hindsight with each other at a time when we all need to be mindful of our mental and physical well-being.

As well as sharing those important messages of support we will be joined by a number of fab experts providing some fantastic content offering advice, support and much needed TLC.

“As parents ourselves we understand and sympathise with the challenges and worries parents-to-be and new parents are feeling right now,” says Sinead Murphy, Co-Founder of Shnuggle.

“Maternal mental health affects so many people and can often come without warning.  As we are all isolated a little bit from our family and friends we felt now more than ever that a campaign to try and bring people together with a little positivity as well as some useful content and advice was much needed.”

Here’s how you can get involved in the Care to Share campaign…
