The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge introduced their newborn son to the world at around 6pm on Monday morning (23 April 2018), carrying the little prince out of St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington and home to Kensington Palace, just seven hours after Kate gave birth (at 11:01am).
Dressed in a red Jenny Packham shift dress with a white lace Peter Pan collar, Kate looked picture-perfect as she posed for cameras and cradled Prince Louis.
Taking to Twitter, one person joked: “Well, I always thought Wonder Woman was a fictional character, until Kate Middleton walked out of the hospital only 7 hours after giving birth. Now, I know she’s real.”
