We loved the Rosevine so much we’ve put it in our best of ‘where to stay’ and ‘where to eat’!! The gorgeous dining room has a stunning view over the gardens down to the sea. Despite having the feel of really classy dining, this is just the most relaxed place to eat with children. Fantastic food, simply cooked with fresh local ingredients, and great choice for the kids. Between courses our little ones popped off to play in the play room. This award winning restaurant is a real treat; wonderful food, perfect spot and total parental dining relaxation!

Godrevy Café

This beachside café, located on the National Trust car park at Godrevy Lighthouse, can get really busy in the school holidays but you should get to see it at its best on quieter spring days. Popular with families, the Godrevy café has great food besides a lovely beach. It’s set in a wooden chalet interior with loads of outdoor seating and a patio. Enjoy the fab food, spot the seals while relaxing on their lovely deck area then amble down to the beach. Perfect spring day!

The Blue Bar is reckoned by those ‘in the know’ as being one of Cornwall’s top beach bars. It has incredible views of the waves from the big bay windows and simply excellent food.
